On the 11th of August 2020 the BDAG received a letter requesting all the NHS workers not receiving pay as though Covid did not happen to log their complaint with their local area teams. The BDAG have decided to help NHSE to collect all the data.  

This complaint form logger is to be used for the following purposes:

1. To aid BDAG to provide details to the NHS in tracking the Covid pay complaints.
2. This is for all the NHS team including clinical and non clinical.

1. We recommend you try to resolve your grievance with your Principal as well as completing this form.
2. Please ensure you fill out this form for yourself only, your colleagues must complete this themselves.
